The Eternal Sleeper is a melee weapon for the Demoman. It's a mace with a goat skull with red eyes on the end.

This weapon passively grants a faster weapon switch for the wearer. A hit from the weapon will push the victim much farther than a standard melee weapon, prevent the victim from using his current weapon for half a second, and be a critical hit if the target was charging with the Chargin'Targe (or any other shield), at the only cost of greatly reduced damage.
